1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 99pow platform — whether through a web browser on desktop or mobile — and by creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 99pow platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 99pow will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.

• Keep your password confidential and do not reuse it across other services.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Accounts created using false information, or accounts that are shared between multiple individuals, may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Any balance in a fraudulent account is subject to forfeiture.

4 Deposits and Funding

All deposits on 99pow are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as Philippine online banking and bank transfer channels. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as funding methods.

Deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in account review or suspension.

• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction or per day.
• Deposits are credited to your PHP balance once the transaction is confirmed.
• 99pow does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to a verified payment account registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal can be approved, your account must pass the full KYC identity verification process, which includes submission of a valid government-issued ID.

Withdrawals that meet the standard requirements are processed within the timeframe indicated on the Withdrawal page. VIP members may be eligible for priority processing depending on their tier level.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts in the same name as the 99pow account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within the platform.
• 99pow reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
